Head Start/Early Childhood Education
Family Service Worker
Job Description: Perform Family and Community Partnership Programs to ensure coordination and delivery of services that promote family and community development.
Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and minimum of two years experience in related social service field. Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred. Proof of valid driver license, auto insurance and driving record required for Agency travel.

Head Start/Early Childhood Education
Teachers (Pre-K, 3-5 years of age)
Minimum Qualifications Required: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education required, Bachelor or Master degree in ECE strongly preferred. Candidate must have good verbal, written & computer skills and preferably one (1) year experience working in an early learning environment with children 3-5 years of age in an urban setting (this can include practicum placements). Spanish skills a plus.

Off the Streets Care Coordinator
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for accompanying clients(s) to outside activities as required and to make rounds to ensure that clients are in designated areas/conduct random room checks
- Ensure that the clients complete assigned duties and that the OTS area is kept clean
- Responsible for retrieving and searching packages to ensure safety (such as no contraband)
- Observe clients during the shift and complete progress notes, noting personal observations of the clients’ behavior
- Ability to maintain consistent communication with Case Managers to report observations of client behavior
- Administer urine screens as requested by Case Managers.
- Conduct internal groups as needed
- Complete all required paperwork
Minimum qualifications required include High School Diploma or GED required, CDCA preferred; at least one successful year of work experience in a recovery setting; Education/training in the areas of substance abuse, mental health counseling or related fields a plus. Must demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse urban population and possess excellent communication and people skills and adequate computer skills.
